The "Methods" we employ to accomplish our mission consist of professional services solutions in the form of people, expertise, tools, and templates that we provide to our customers and their clients in order to help them successfully accomplish "their" mission, whatever their particular business mission may be. The services we provide for our customers generate sufficient revenue for us to maintain and grow Functional Methods as a provider of professional business services solutions while at the same time providing assistance to our fellow human beings.
Functional Methods was founded in 2004 by experienced Six Sigma Quality, Project Management, and Team Collaboration Professionals. We provide professional services providers and businesses in general with expert resources, effective tools, templates, and techniques to meet objectives and serve their customers.
In addition to skilled and experienced professionals, we maintain an extensive and constantly growing inventory of “ready to use” business tools, templates, and techniques to help kick start client engagements, rapidly launch project efforts, and effectively measure and communicate client engagement success.
Our Team
Chris Peters - Managing Director and Founder of Functional Methods - Chris is an experienced Six Sigma Black Belt with over 20 years experience in project management, business process integration, business partner integration, organizational change management and Six Sigma Quality process improvement. At GE Capital, Chris led the process improvement and training activities supporting the post acquisition business integration of the core operations of a $400 million insurance carrier.
