Senior Client Engagement Manager
The Senior Client Engagement Manager is responsible for day to day management of client engagement services and solution implementations, and provides business consulting, knowledge expertise in strategic performance management methodologies, process assessment work, and the application of technologies to business. The Senior Client Engagement Manager has a key role to foster customer loyalty by ensuring that our customers fully utilize the value of our solutions and services.
Project Manager
The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives
and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.
 Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects. Duties include coordinating schedules and activities, placing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results. Requires excellent communication skills and extensive knowledge of database and project management software. Often reports to product development, project management or marketing executives. The position is especially prevalent in software implementation, business process improvement, and technology support.  A premium is paid specifc industry experience based on our client's needs.
 Process Analyst
The Process Analyst defines processes, procedures and methods to establish and maintain effective business performance. Takes a lead role in participating in systems development efforts with other  departments; collaborates with other departments on special projects to support the development of business processes and operations.  Determine process improvement opportunities. Provide consulting to re-engineer and strengthen business processes. Influence management's view of and buy-in to the value of effective controls in achievement of business objectives.
