The nice thing about doing great work is receiving occasional expressions of appreciation from your customers.  Over the years, I've been fortunate to receive various letters of appreciation for going above and beyond the call in order to completely satisfy my customers.  When your customers actually take the time to put their gratitude down in writing you can bet you're doing something right.
